ACCC is to become a reproducing multi-generational community of disciples of Christ that glorifies God among the Chinese people in Albuquerque, the surrounding area, North America and China.

• Reproducing:   Reproduction is characteristic of a healthy and mature organism.  So numerical growth in a church is a natural result of a healthy and mature church.
• Community:  a group of people with common core values, corporately working together to attain common goals. 
  • Has relationships similar to those within a family.  Some people have observed that they felt like this church was a family.
  • Has people at different age levels and spiritual maturity levels.
• Multi-generational: many of us in this church are first-generation Christians.  But we also need to give much consideration of our parents, our children and grandchildren.  For the church to continue, we need to consider how to reach the different generations with their different characteristics.

Disciple      make disciples of all nations…teaching them to obey all that I have taught you

• obey - not just knowing but accepting and doing.
• all - means not just what we agree with or what we are comfortable with, but all that Jesus taught his disciples.
• objective - a student when well taught will become like his master. Therefore, we must love all of Jesus.  Not just his boldness, but his humility and mercy, kindness.  Christianity is Jesus, all of Jesus.
• method - the Bible also teaches us the method of discipleship - we become like the one we admire, spend time with, observe with eagerness.  Therefore discipleship does not happen by classroom instruction alone.  An apprentice is one who learns by helping the master. 

Glorify

• God’s presence is glory.  Therefore we glorify God by praising/praying in a way as well as living in a way that brings God’s presence into our lives and into our church.
